Class Dates: October 8 - November 12

Classes will meet each Thursday

Daytime Classes: 12:30-2:30 pm
Evening Classes: 6:30-8:30 pm
 



Class Cost: $100

Brenda Baugh, local Ponca City artist, will be offering two adult self-portrait, acrylic classes. There are daytime and evening class times available. Classes will be held on Thursday's. This will be a 6 week course. 

Classes will meet at 400 E. Central Ave, suite 500, the new home of the Ponca City Art Association.  Afternoon classes will meet from 12:30-2:30 p.m.  Evening classes will meet 6:30-8:30 pm. 

Minimum of students 4 per class, maximum, 8 per class. 

Instructor's Supply List:
  • Acrylic Paint (Liquitex Basics)-
                White
                Black
                Blue
                Red
                Yellow
                Green
                3-4 assorted colors that make you happy when you see them.
                Neon (yellow is a great choice)
  • Brushes (Choose Large Brushes)
                Angle
                Round (will be pointy on the end)
                Filbert
                Mop
                Script/Liner (this is the only small brush we will use)
  • Surface
                11x14 Canvas (two pack)
                12x12 Canvas (two pack)
  • Miscellaneous 
                Scissors (will only be needed the first day)
                Tall Water Container
                Palette (Old plates work great, but any surface to mix paint on will be fine.)
                Old Rags/Paper Towels
                Reference Photo (one photo of yourself)
